The machine is ex pharma company and is set up for wrap around labelling max height 150mm
 
Speed expected for 80-100m dia is 50-60 a minute and the machine model is NB2 90152 meaning year of manufacture is 1990.
 
Cost for machine is £4k and is available from our Chalgrove units for viewing.

New 6 off pneumatic nozzles with one set of centre jet change parts supplied to suit customer’s containers
 
Existing control box, PLC, Omron counters and control system to operate the machine.
 
3 ph pump motor with clutch/brakes in filling head
 
6 off 17 litre gear pumps rebuilt with new mechanical seals and bushes.
 
4 m of new sanitary conveyor and guide rails.
 
Fully interlocked guarding and tunnels fitted
