SINGLE HEAD EX-FILL-S GEAR PUMP FILLING MACHINE
The EX-FILL-S is a robustly constructed Digital Filling Machine, ideally suited for both the first-time user or within a busy production environment, where flexibility, accuracy and rapid changeovers are required. The volume adjustment is simply by means of a touch screen LCD display and features include single shot, multi-fill or continuous automatic mode. Easy change over with a 99 prorate memory.

TWIN-HEAD EX-FILL-S GEAR PUMP FILLING MACHINE
The EX-FILL-S is a robustly constructed gear pump filling unit, ideally suited for both the first time user of liquid filling machines or within a busy production environment, where flexibility, accuracy and rapid changeovers are required. The volume adjustment is simply by means of a touch panel with LCD display. Features include single shot mode, continuous mode, and multi fill mode. Easy change over with a 20-programme memory.

CONVERSION OF EXISTING TWIN HEAD EX-FILL-S FILLING MACHINE TO AUTOMATED FILLING MACHINE
Automation of customer existing twin head Acufill consisting of:
- Stainless steel box section machine frame
- 1 off 4M conveyor with inverter drive, adjustable guide rails and feet.
- Part diving nozzle system to fill into neck of bottle.
- Bottle guides for transportation.
- No bottle no fill and back up sensors
- Gating system for different bottle diameter sizes.
- Top of conveyor 900mm (+/- 50mm) to be confirmed and advised by customer
EX-FILL-SP PERISTALTIC FILLING MACHINE

OMAS DVPB/DVPC Machine
DVPB is suitable for semi-dense, viscous, and cream products. Especially designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutic, toiletry and food industries.
DVPB is a pneumatic filling machine by volumetric pump that can be supplied in bench version DVPB as well as stand version DVPC. The machine is available in different sizes for filling from 10ml to 5000ml

OMAS DPMB/DPMC Machine
DPM is suitable for semi-dense, viscous, and cream products. Especially designed for small volumes in the cosmetic, pharmaceutic, biotech, toiletry industries.
DPM is a pneumatic filling machine by volumetric pump that can be supplied in bench version DPMB as well as stand version DPMC. The machine filling capacity is 1ml up to 50ml

SERVO CONTROLLED PISTON FILLING MACHINES
For filling liquids and sauces in line, EFM developed the P-series. A stainless steel hopper sucks up the product into vertical cylinders and ensures a highly accurate filling based on the preconfigured volume.

Automatic Filling
OMAS IN-LINE FILLER 4, 6, 8 and 10 heads
The in-line filling lines have been specially designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries and are suitable for filling liquids, creamy (hot fill or cold) and powder products.
The linear conveyor version or puck version is suitable for bottles that are more unique in shape and therefore more unstable and it operates by inserting the bottles into pucks.

OMAS SINGLE PITCH MONOBLOC
The Omas single pitch monobloc is specially designed for the pharma and biotech industry as well as the cosmetic industry. Can be used to fill powders, syrups, test tubes and syringes.
Depending on the industry and the needs of the customer, the monobloc can be supplied in various versions:
- Linear monobloc – designed for 100% accuracy, weight check and control in the pharma and biotech Industry
- Index pitch monobloc-designed for installation in cosmetics and pharma industries and can be supplied in clean room or laminar flow version
- The puck monobloc-suitable for unstable bottles and multiple size changes with a dosing range from 50to 100ml of liquid products, cream and powders

OMAS DOUBLE PITCH MONOBLOCK
Built to high quality manufacturing standards the OMAS double pitch monobloc is the right machine for the cosmetic biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The monobloc can be manufactured for sterile room environment or for working under a laminar flow.
The automatic double pitch monobloc has been designed for filling and capping bottles and jars up to 200 ml (~) Volume. Thanks to its high flexibility and its wide range of options the OMAS monobloc can be offered in three different versions: GD with filling into the star-wheel, GDL with filling In-line and GDV with loading by tray.
