Breakdowns and ad hoc support
When it comes to breakdowns and one-off technical problems, we make every effort to support our customers either over the phone (for small technical issues) or on site. We will endeavour to supply a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer within 48 hours of a reported breakdown.
Maintenance and Service Contracts
We consider proactive and preventive management for any individual machine or complete production line is vital for our customers and for this reason we offer them the option of choosing a service contract tailored to their own needs. We also offer Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and written reports.
By choosing one of our service contracts options, our customers:
- Reduce the risk of emergency breakdowns and production downtime
- Reduce unexpected maintenance costs
- Improve machine efficiency
We understand that sometimes our customers need support and guidance on how to operate the packaging machinery that they purchase from us and for this reason, we offer support and training for their staff (machine operators and engineers) when necessary.
